Answer questions and complete "Zen challenges" to advance Zenda to the temple. But be careful, you have to get to the end of the course before the ninja, who represents the stress!
Zenda: the master of stress is designed to help children aged 7 to 14 develop their understanding of stress and their ability to manage it in different everyday situations. The game also leads them to realize that stress is a healthy and useful reaction that is different for each person.
