Refund or exchange in store and online - defective item

Items for sale at the Planète Bébé Boutique are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect. For an exchange or refund of a defective or non-compliant product, you must come to the store with the invoice and the product in its original packaging within 20 days.

Exchange in store and online - non-defective item

If an item does not suit you, Boutique Planète Bébé will exchange it for any product in store or give you a credit note. You must present yourself at the store with the invoice and the product in its original packaging, labeled, unworn, unwashed and unused within 20 days. There are no refunds.

It is not possible to exchange or refund cloth diapers, swimsuits, nursing bras and any type of underwear for hygienic reasons.

It will be possible to exchange items offered as Christmas gifts until January 9th. However, no exchanges can be made on December 26.

Clearance and special promotion products are all final sales. All made-to-order products are final sale.

Refund or exchange in the case of a delivery

To refund or exchange a defective item, you must notify us by phone or email within 10 days from the date appearing on the original invoice. We will provide you with an authorization number. Any defective or non-compliant item will be refunded, replaced or exchanged, free of charge, by Boutique Planète Bébé. The article must be returned in its original packaging, with the delivery note, the original invoice and the authorization number within 10 days following the authorization of Boutique Planète Bébé. In the case of a defective item, the delivery for the return of this product as well as the return of the exchange item will be assumed by Boutique Planète Bébé with supporting authorization number.

For the exchange of a non-defective product, all delivery costs are covered by the customer. You must notify Boutique Planète Bébé beforehand, in order to ensure that the products to be exchanged are available in inventory, by telephone or email, within 10 days from the date appearing on the original invoice. We will provide you with an authorization number. The article must be returned in its original packaging, with the delivery note, the original invoice and the authorization number within 10 days following the authorization of Boutique Planète Bébé. You must bear the cost of delivery for the return of the item to the store and the delivery of the item ordered in exchange. There are no refunds.

You can also go to the store, at Promenades Gatineau, to make your exchange, free of charge, within 20 days from the date appearing on the original invoice.

No reimbursement of delivery charges.

If there is an error and it was made at the time of the order, you are responsible for the transport costs for the exchange of the product. However, if it is an error on the part of the Planète Bébé Boutique or our carrier, we will assume the transport costs for the exchange of the product. All requests must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order.

Procedure for an exchange or a return

For a return or an exchange, please contact us by email at info@boutiqueplanetebebe.com or by phone at 819-205-1221. You will receive an authorization number and a form to complete. You must then return the goods to us so that we receive them within a maximum period of 10 days following receipt of your authorization number.
