Free pickup at the store

It is always possible to choose the “Free pick-up at the store” option. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm the availability of your order, generally within 24 hours. Our store is located at Promenades Gatineau, entrance door 2 near the Shaker restaurant. Pickup is available during our regular business hours. Photo identification and a confirmation signature are required at the time of pickup at the store.

Shipping cost

Purchasing gift cards is always free. They are sent by email. Gift cards can be used online or in store, your choice.

For purchases of $99 or more (before taxes and excluding gift cards), the free delivery option* is offered in Canada. Some items may be excluded based on their weight or volume, even if you have received confirmation of your purchase. Some postal addresses may also charge a surcharge. In these cases, we will call you before shipping to confirm any additional charges that apply. You will then have the choice of confirming your order by accepting the charges or canceling it for a full refund.

For purchases of less than $99 (before taxes), delivery charges of $10 to $25 apply, depending on the delivery option chosen, the delivery location, the quantity of items ordered and the weight. and the volume of the package. The regular delivery time is 2 to 10 working days, following the processing of the order, but cannot be guaranteed depending on the availability of products in inventory and the destination address. If the delay is longer than expected, we will notify you as soon as possible.

You must choose the regular delivery option to benefit from free delivery via Canada Post or Purolator, the carrier is your choice. A shipping notification will be sent to you by email along with a carrier tracking tracking number.

A signature may be required at time of delivery. You are entirely responsible for providing and verifying the correct shipping address when confirming your order, failing which you will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges for an order as well as the delivery charges for your order to see be shipped again. Delivery of a gift
