Weeds Rainbow Lemonade Tea

Ingredients: Rosemary, lavender flowers, blue pea flowers.
For 1 liter of lemonade:

Pour 1 L of simmering water over 3 to 4 tbsp of the lemonade mixture

Infuse for 3 to 4 minutes.

Let cool, then sweeten to taste.
When serving...

Before serving, gently pour the juice of 2 to 3 lemons into the cold infusion.
- Close your eyes and enjoy the “Oooohhh” and “Heeein” of the guests won over by the colorful spectacle.
