CHART OF SIZES
The most important measurement is the bust. The other measurements are less important, since the t-shirt is made of a stretchy fabric.

If in doubt, we recommend sizing up, as this garment is very fitted. You can refer to your bra size (actual size, not pre-pregnancy size). Keep in mind that bra sizes vary between brands, so variations may occur.


USE
To place baby inside the t-shirt:
Lean baby on your shoulder. Slide the opposite leg inside the cross panel and bring the foot out on the other side of the panel.
Pull up and extend the panel fabric to cover baby's bottom and back, down to just below the knees. Turn baby onto the other shoulder and repeat on the other side. BABY MUST BE SITTING SECURELY AT THE BOTTOM OF THE "X".

Readjust the side panels and then lift the headband over the top, making sure the knees are well bent, the feet resting in the fabric of the headband. Slide the baby's head into a natural position in the fold of fabric of the neckline (facing) without burying the nose.

If you are breastfeeding your baby in the garment, make sure their head is outside the garment and their nose is not blocked. Once finished, reposition your baby vertically between your breasts.
