Instructions for use
For 1 cup of pink night latte
1. Pour 1 cup (250 ml) of hot plant-based beverage or milk over 1 tbsp of the herbal mixture.
2. Let steep for 5 to 10 minutes .
3. Strain, then add 1/8 tsp beet powder and mix. ***Beet powder is in a clear bag, right in the bag!***
4. Sweeten to taste and enjoy.
5. Go to sleep.
