The perfect illusion: all the taste, zero peanuts. 🥜

Satay Satire is a true culinary tour de force. All the richness and creaminess of a traditional satay sauce — without a single peanut in the recipe.

Inspired by Indonesian terroir, this complex sauce strikes the perfect balance between:

  • 🥥 Creamy coconut milk
  • 🌿 Tamari sauce (gluten-free)
  • 🌶️ Thai, habanero, and arbol chilies for the kick
  • 🍋 Lemongrass, ginger, and kaffir lime leaves for aromatic depth
  • 🌞 Sunflower and pumpkin seeds to recreate the velvety texture of peanuts

Thanks to an innovative composition, La Pimenterie has managed to trick the senses: toasted flavor, velvety texture — peanut-free.

Perfect for skewers, chicken, noodles, spring rolls, or as a dip.
