The Amma Therapy Lavender Mask offers ultimate relaxation thanks to its gentle lavender scent and soothing grains. The mask can be used warm, cold, or hot. Comfortable and covering the eyes, temples, and forehead, it relieves symptoms of fatigue, stress, insomnia, puffy eyes, migraines, irritation, dryness, and congestion.

Instructions for use:

For relaxation and meditation, use the mask at room temperature .

There COLD therapy It reduces inflammation (bruises, puffy eyes, etc.) and relieves headaches and migraines.

Store the mask in an airtight plastic bag in the freezer so that it is ready to use cold.

There heat therapy relieves dry eyes, helps clear airways during sinusitis and aids relaxation.

Microwave: Place the mask on a paper towel in a microwave oven. Heat the mask for approximately 20 to 30 seconds depending on the oven's power.

Conventional oven: Preheat your oven to 175°F and place the mask on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Heat the mask for a maximum of 10 minutes. Do not use in a gas oven.

CAUTION! Be careful to avoid burns. Move the seeds around in the cushion to distribute the heat. Always check the mask's temperature by placing it on the inside of your wrist. If you wish to reheat the mask while it is still warm, the heating time will be shorter. Never leave a child under 3 years old unattended with a mask. Do not leave the hot mask on your eyes for more than 5 consecutive minutes.
